"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."
- ancient wisdom
Community can mean many different things to many different people. Here at J3 Management Group we see community within our organization while having an intimate view of the broader community in which we exist. We take great care both internally and externally to foster environments that advance both contexts. Much like customer care, community advancement seems to be a vintage notion among businesses today. However, we believe that the truest success derives from not only being involved in the community but striving to make it better.
We are always looking for potential within our communities. And it isn’t difficult to find once your vision is adjusted accordingly. Inside our own business, it is critical for us to not just see our staff as employees, but as individuals to respect and pour into. When they know we believe in them and provide the tools to help them achieve their goals, that investment provides an exponential return, and the community bonds grow stronger.
Throughout greater Atlanta, we find it imperative to be involved in local initiatives. Much like we regard our employees, we respect and value the citizens and families who comprise our area towns and neighborhoods. We experience success when the community-at-large is on a progressive trajectory. Being involved in many initiatives, such as Midwest Food Bank; Toys 4 Tots, or Loving Our Veterans Everywhere lets the people of our city know we believe in them and are investing - not just for today - but for the future of the community. We are here for the long haul and carry an expectancy for seeing our fellow folks flourish.
We know first-hand the significance of community, and that is why we’ve made it an integral business practice to extend ourselves to support and positively influence those who surround us. Our commitment is to help our communities thrive; because when we collectively have the resources needed to prosper and succeed, we all go much farther. Forward is the only direction.
